Preparing the property for your flight
Our goal is simple: make sure your property looks its best so that you are ecstatic with the results. The following are some suggestions to make sure that your property looks great for its big day.
Schedule your flight 2-3 weeks in advance. There may be instances where same-day flights can be done (for an additional fee) so it is best to schedule them in advance. By scheduling it in advance, it also gives you more time to take care of the little things that you may want to do for the preparation. It also allows us to verify that there are no flight restrictions that would impede or delay your flight. If authorizations are required, it will give us the time to obtain them.
Of course you want your property to look its best when we arrive for your flight, so make sure that:
All landscaping/yard work has been completed.
All tools and everything else you do not want in your picture is put away.
The area is cleaned up prior to our arrival.
If possible, park your vehicle(s) either in the garage or in an alternate location. Your property will look its best with no vehicles in the driveway.
Although a dog chasing a drone may make for a spectacular YouTube/Vimeo/Instagram video, we recommend that all pets are kept inside since we do not want to disturb or traumatize them while we are flying.
